Description

This is a 17th-century farm outbuilding located approximately 10 yards north of The Royals in Dodcott cum Wilkesley. The structure is timber framed with brick infill, topped by a roof made of plain tiles and corrugated iron. It has an L-shaped plan, with one section featuring two storeys. The road-facing side includes a two-storey brick gable end on the left, alongside a single-storey range that has 7 by 3 cells of uneven small framing. At the rear, there is a gable end to the two-storey block, which also features 6 by 3 cells of uneven small framing, with passing tension braces on both sides.
