Description

Nos 42 and 44 on Welsh Row are late 18th century buildings that have undergone some alterations. They are constructed of red brick and stand two storeys tall. The façade features four sash windows with single glazing bars, each topped with plain lintels and keyblocks. There is a 19th-century wooden pilaster doorcase and a stone-coped parapet with tiles. Additionally, No 42 has a 19th-century shop front. These buildings are part of a group that includes Nos 42 to 64 (even), 64A, 64B, and Nos 66 to 92 (even).
