Description
Fern Lee Farmhouse is a farmhouse dated 1725, marked by a datestone inscribed with "J J E". The building is constructed from coursed rubble and features a slate roof. It stands two storeys high. The entrance front includes a 19th-century gabled porch on the left, which has a round arch with voussoirs and a hood mould. Above the porch is a triangular re-set datestone. To the right of the porch, there are three and two-light 19th-century windows on the ground floor, and on the first floor, there are two similar two-light windows located centrally and to the left of the chimney stacks.
