GV II* Small country house now converted to three dwellings. Dated on date stone 1696 M C A. Coursed rubble with ashlar dressings and stone slate roof. Two storeys and attic. Entrance front: Projecting plinth with moulded ashlar top. Ashlar quoins to corners and ashlar bands between ground and first and attic storeys. Seven bays symmetrically disposed. Central doorway with painted ashlar surround. Moulded doorcase with arched panels to either side and diamonds containing star motifs. Console above supporting semi-circular hood with double shell moulding beneath. Date stone in cartouche to centre with primitively carved face below. Half-glazed C20 door. C20 horned sashes to either side of 4 x 6 panes set in plain ashlar surrounds. Seven similar windows to first floor and three gabled dormers to attic of 4 x 4 sash panes each. Right hand reveal: Four bays with windows of 4 x 6 sash panes. Some casement windows to ground floor and doorway to second bay from right. The entrance front is a well proportioned example of provincial Renaissance architecture.

Rear: Scattered fenestration including mezzanine lights.
