Description

The hand railing and bollards at Brunswick Hill steps in Macclesfield date from the early 19th century and are made of cast iron. The railing features a series of slender cylindrical posts topped with square caps, which support a single tubular handrail. At the top of the steps, there are a pair of detached cast-iron bollards that share a similar design.
