Description
Church Farm House is an early 19th-century farm house situated on Chester Road in Acton. The house is constructed of red brick in a Flemish bond pattern, with a slate roof. It is two storeys high and originally comprised three bays, with a later "F" shaped plan incorporating rear wings to the west. The main entrance features a four-panel door set within a doorcase, which includes panelled pilasters, an open pediment, and a radial bar fanlight. The windows are recessed sash windows with glazing bars, stone sills, and wedge lintels. Gable windows are three-light flush casements with cambered arches. Chimneys are located in the gable ends. The interior retains four-panel doors.
