Description

The Congregational Chapel, dated 1841, is a two-storey building constructed of red brick with stone dressings. It features three windows with Roman arched heads. The ground storey has a central window flanked by two moulded pilaster doorcases, each topped with cornices on consoles, and a stone perron with three steps. Large panelled pilasters on either side support a pediment that has a stone panel inscribed with the date. The chapel is no longer in use.
