Description

No 25 Hospital Street is a 19th-century building that likely incorporates an earlier structure. It is constructed of red brick and has three storeys. The facade features two three-light sash windows with plain lintels and keyblocks, as well as dentilled eaves and tiled roofing. On the right side, there is a square-headed covered way. The building also boasts a well-preserved 19th-century shop front, which is adorned with Corinthian pilasters on either side and a modillioned cornice above. This property is part of a group that includes the Lamb Hotel and Nos 9 to 17 (odd) and Nos 21 to 25 (odd).
