Description
Siddington Bridge is a road bridge dated 1829, located on Congleton Road in Siddington. It is constructed of red stretcher bond brick with stone coping. The arch and retaining walls on either side form a continuous curve. The upstream side features a horseshoe arch with a keystone, and there is ramped cresting on either side of the arch, also with stone coping. A square pier with a pyramidal stone cap is located at the right-hand end. The left-hand end has been repaired and altered in this century.
