Description

The Ivy House is a mid-to-late 18th-century farmhouse, later converted into a house. The building is constructed of red English garden wall bond brick, with a slate roof. The front elevation is symmetrical, with three bays. A central gabled porch, dating to the 19th or 20th century, features a three-light window on either side. First-floor windows are similar, with a two-light window in the centre. A three-light window is situated to the left of the third floor, flanked by blank panels. All windows are 20th-century replacements. A later wing extends to the rear of the property.
