Description

The wall, railings, and gate pier to Cumberland House date from the early 19th century. They are constructed from coursed and squared rubble, ashlar, and cast iron. To the left, there is a single rusticated ashlar gate pier. The retaining wall is also coursed and squared, featuring a shallow coping and cast-iron spearhead railings with scrolled braces attached to the main posts.
