Description

Park Lane House is a house, dating circa 1840, now used as a surgery. The building is constructed of brick with a Welsh slate roof. It has two storeys and a three-window front, with the central bay projecting. The central entrance features a fluted Ionic surround to a four-panelled door, above which is an angular radial fanlight. Tripartite windows are located on either side of the entrance, set within shallow segmental arches. The upper floor windows are mullioned and transomed with small panes, and have wide splayed gauged brick heads. A continuous painted stone sill band runs along the building. There is a moulded wood eaves cornice, and end wall stacks.
