Description
Park Grange is a terrace of six large houses dated 1848. Constructed of brick with Welsh slate roofs, the terrace has a 14-window range, with an advanced bay on the right side. Each house follows a single-room, double-pile plan. The entrances are formed by 4-panelled doors with fanlights containing margin lights, situated within fluted Ionic cases. The windows are mullioned and transomed, set within stressed painted stone architraves with shallow pedimented heads. Two tripartite windows are present on the ground floor of the rooms towards the right side of the terrace. A continuous sill band is carried on moulded brackets to the first floor. The roof features three gabled dormers towards the left side, and has an eaves overhang supported by moulded wood brackets. End wall stacks are present.
