The entrance to Griffin Park consists of two stone gates and flanking walls, which are of modern construction. These gates are located at the end of Springfield Street, connecting properties Nos 11 and 14, and they complete the group of buildings in this area. The surrounding properties, Nos 2 to 12 (even) and Nos 7 to 11 (odd), contribute to the overall character of the entrance to the park, which also features stone setts on the roadway.
