Description
The Rectory is a house built in the early 19th century, constructed from sandstone rubble with ashlar dressings and quoins, topped with a Welsh slate roof. It stands two storeys high and features two bays, with the right bay under a gable facing the street. On the left side, there is a double sash window, while the central low porch contains the entrance door. The gable has two sash windows, and all windows and the door have alternate block jambs, pointed heads, and label moulds. The building is topped with two gable chimneys, one of which is corbelled out and corniced. Notably, this structure involved the rebuilding of an outbuilding from the 17th century rectory.
