Description
The cenotaph located north-east of Christ Church Rectory is a First World War memorial made of sandstone ashlar. It features a square gadrooned base that supports a large tapering pedestal, which has inscription panels located beneath a dentilled overhanging cornice. Atop this pedestal is a gadrooned section, although the urn finial is missing.
