Description
No. 260 on Westgate Road is a house built around 1820. It features a rusticated render with ashlar dressings and has a Welsh slate roof. The building is two storeys high and has two bays. There are steps leading up to a five-panel door with a fanlight, set within a doorcase that has tapered fluted pilasters with block capitals supporting brackets and a cornice. The windows, which have been renewed, are framed by lugged architraves and have projecting stone sills. A top cornice runs along the building, and there is a central rendered chimney.
