Description

This is a house, dating to circa 1820, as part of a terrace. The construction is English garden wall bond brick with an ashlar basement and dressings, topped by a Welsh slate roof. The house has a basement, three storeys, and an attic, with two bays. The front features a 6-panelled door with a fanlight, set within a doorcase of panelled pilasters and a broken pediment. Renewed windows are topped by wedge stone lintels, with sill bands to the ground and first floors, and projecting stone sills to the second floor. A gutter cornice runs along the top of the house, and there is a segmental-headed dormer containing a sash window.
