Description

No. 18 Fenkle Street is a house that has been converted into a shop, dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of English garden wall bond brick with ashlar dressings and features a Welsh slate roof. This building has a rounded corner and stands three storeys high with three bays. The ground floor shop is currently boarded up. The windows have wedge stone lintels and projecting stone sills, with the central window being blind and the outer windows featuring sashes with glazing bars. The roof is curved and hipped. At the time of the survey, the building was empty.
