Description

No. 3 Belle Grove Place is the right wing of Whiteknights, located in Spital Tongues, Newcastle upon Tyne. This mid-18th century building is constructed of English garden wall bond brick with a wood-and-render gable and features a slate roof. It stands two storeys tall and has three windows facing Belle Grove Place. The entrance is on the left, leading into a renewed conservatory, while a canted bay is positioned on the right. Above, there are three sash windows in wide boxes, each with painted soldier-course lintels and projecting stone sills. The building is now a separate dwelling.
