Description
Nos. 32 and 34 on Mosley Street are a house, now used as offices, dating from around 1790. The street was laid out by David Stephenson. The building features a 20th-century office front on the ground floor and is constructed of English bond brick with ashlar dressings, topped by a Welsh slate roof. It stands three storeys high with an attic and has four bays. The left side has a 20th-century door. The upper floors are adorned with wedge stone lintels above sash windows that have glazing bars; the second-floor windows have thin projecting sills, and there is a sill band on the first floor. The roof includes a wide dormer that has been inserted, and there is a rear chimney made of banded brick.
