Description
This is an early 19th century villa located on Kells Lane. It is constructed of finely cut ashlar with a moulded eaves cornice, and has a Welsh slate roof with ashlar end chimneys. The villa features a tall blank plinth and is two storeys high with three bays, exhibiting wide proportions. The window reveals are plain, and there are five stone steps with a wrought iron handrail leading to a six-panel door topped with an oblong fanlight, all set within a plain stone surround featuring a prominent coved cornice. A modern dormer has been added.
