Description

76 and 78 High Street are two mid to late 18th century buildings that stand two storeys high. They feature plain 19th century sash windows, with one window at No 76 being blind. The buildings are constructed of brick with stone keys and share a wooden gutter. The roof is covered with pantiles. No 76 has a 19th century pilastered doorpiece, while No 78 boasts an early 20th century pilastered doorpiece that matches the flanking three-light, multi-paned bow windows.
