Description

West End House is an 18th-century, two-storey, two-window house situated on the south side of Church Road in Eglington. The house is constructed of dull red brick, with several courses of modern brick present at the top where the roof has been raised and is now covered with concrete tiles. Chimneys are located at each end. The sash windows retain glazing bars and are framed by wood architraves, each with a gauged brick arch above. The central entrance features a six-panel door set within a quasi-classical doorcase, which includes a radial fanlight.
