Description

Quarry Farmhouse is an 18th-century house made of soft red brick, featuring a roof that has been replaced with modern concrete ridged tiles. The building has a fairly high-pitched roof with chimneys at each end. It stands two storeys tall and has three bays. The irregular rear elevation includes a round-arched staircase window. Although the other windows have been modernized, the gauged brick arches and stone cills are still intact. The main front of the house displays similar arches and cills above sash windows that have lost their bars, along with a glazed door.
