Description

This is an early 19th century pair of buildings on the east side of High Street, Yarm. They are constructed of pinkish brick with a Welsh slate roof and end chimneys. Each building is two storeys high with one window. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars, set beneath stuccoed lintels. The lintel on the ground floor to the left has a vermiculate key pattern and stone sills. A six-panel central passage door is accessed via a classical surround with grooved pilasters, accompanied by a fanlight.
