Description
Seghill Vicarage is a vicarage built in 1848 by John Dobson. It is constructed of snecked stone with ashlar dressings and has a Welsh slate roof. The south elevation features two storeys and three bays, with a chamfered plinth. The windows are three-light mullioned windows with plate-glass sashes, except for the right end bay, which has a shallow projection with a slit window, a corbelled-out first floor with a cross window, and a small light in the gable. The gables are coped with moulded kneelers, and there are end stacks with chamfered tops and tall ceramic pots. The left return shows a rear wing with a projecting gabled porch, which has a vertical-panelled door in a chamfered surround with a four-centred head on the right return. The twin-gabled right return features a corbelled stack and a cross window to the stair.
