Description

SEGHILL, Cramlington NZ 27 SE 7/25 Gate Lodge to Seghill Hall GV II Gate lodge, c.1830. Tooled stone with ashlar dressings; blue slate roof. 1 storey, 2 bays. Plinth, corner pilasters. Central flush-panelled door, with 7-pane overlight, in surround with pilasters and cornice. 4-pane sash windows with slightly-projecting sills. Plain eaves cornice. Hipped roof with small central stack. 1-bay left return with similar window.

Extensions to rear and right are not of special interest.
