Description

This is a headstone located 6 metres south of the chancel of the Church of the Holy Trinity in Embleton, dating from 1810. It is made of sandstone and features a swept trefoiled top. The headstone has inscriptions dedicated to John Gresham and his wife Nancy, presented within an oval cartouche that is surrounded by high-quality foliage carving.
