Description

The Darling tomb, located at the east end of the Church of the Holy Trinity, is a chest tomb dating from 1835. It is constructed of ashlar stone. The top slab features a moulded edge and an inscription dedicated to Major General Henry Darling. The sides of the tomb have sunk patterned panels, while the ends are adorned with large rosettes.
