Description

This is a memorial located in the churchyard, approximately 10 yards south of St. Cuthbert's Church. Although it is undated, it is likely from the mid-18th century. The memorial is made of sandstone and features a scrolled top with a cherub's head positioned between the scrolls. The inscription, which is framed in a cartouche, reads: "Here lie the bodies of Thomas, Mary & Thomas Children of Wm Gillespie Miller: who all died young."
