Description

Hetherslaw Bridge is a bridge constructed in 1877 by A. & J. Main and Co. from Glasgow. It is made of cast iron, steel, and rock-faced stone. The bridge features large corniced end piers and mid-point piers. The roadway is supported by large iron beams and is composed of perforated iron strips. Additionally, there is a steel trellis parapet.
