Description

This is an early 19th-century building consisting of two properties, numbered 18 and 18A, on the east side of Eastgate. It is two storeys high with a basement, and originally had three windows plus one additional window. The exterior is constructed of rubble with quoins. The windows are glazing bar sash windows, although one on the right side is a smaller, wood-lintelled casement. A lean-to porch has been added to number 18A. The basement openings have been altered and now contain three windows and two doors.
