Description

Collingwood Terrace comprises a terrace of four houses built in the mid-19th century. The houses are constructed of dressed stone with a Welsh slate roof and are in a Tudor style. The terrace is two storeys and six bays in total, with Nos. 2 to 4 sharing a two-bay section on the right-hand side featuring a vertically panelled door, now glazed. The windows are 12-pane sash windows, and all openings have hoodmoulds and raised stone surrounds with larger blocks at the middle of the jambs. A sill band runs along the first floor. The gabled roof has ridged coping and kneelers. There are two pairs of octagonal corniced ridge stacks. No. 1 has a return front on the right-hand side and is similar in design.
