Ashlar, 3 storeys, shop fronts and flush panelled doors with Tuscan pilasters and coved cornice curving round the corner. 2 storeys of 12-paned sash windows above. The whole corner is curved, with a plain band under the top cornice. Part of important corner near the Town Hall.

Nos 2 to 18 (even) and 24 and 26 form a group.
