Description

Nos 5 and 7 Hide Hill are early 19th-century buildings located on the east side of Hide Hill, which are actually on the north side of Woolmarket. They are two storeys high and feature a stuccoed exterior with a slate roof that includes a gabled dormer and tall old brick chimneys. The ground floor has two 19th-century shop fronts, while the upper floor is adorned with three sash windows. The numbering of these buildings can be confusing, as No 7 Hide Hill adjoins No 1 Woolmarket, but the addresses are accurate.
