Description

This is a fountain located on the lawn 100 metres east of Beaufront Castle, dating from around 1840, likely designed by John Dobson. It features an ashlar enclosing wall and a fountain made of Roman cement on brick. The fountain has three tiers with moulded bowls and foliage ornamentation, which is decayed in some areas. It is surrounded by an octagonal pool that is enclosed by a low wall with swept coping.
