Description

Number 1 Wellington Terrace is an early 19th-century building that stands two storeys high, with a basement and an attic. It features a decorated band between the ground and upper storey. The entrance has a Grecian Doric porch, which includes a frieze of triglyphs and metopes, and the porch is supported by flying buttress steps that extend over the area. The west gable rises to three storeys and has three blank windows on each floor, all with moulded architraves, and a pediment above the central window. This building is part of a group with Nos 1, 2, and 3.
