Description

The Annat tomb, located 10 metres south-east of the south aisle of the Church of St. Mary, is a table tomb dating from 1717. It is constructed from sandstone and features a slab supported by six square piers, each with semicircular attached shafts. There are upright slabs positioned between the piers on the north and east sides. The tomb bears inscriptions dedicated to Joseph and Sara, who were the children of Thomas Annat in Chibron (Chibburn).
