Description

Seaburn House is a house that likely dates from the 18th century and was altered in the 19th century. It is built of random rubble with a Welsh slate roof and features brick chimneys. The house has two storeys and three bays.

On the ground floor, there are two 4-paned sash windows, one of which is original but has had its glazing bars removed. The first floor has three similar windows, two of which are original. The roof is gabled with flat coping and has one stack at each end and one on the ridge.

At the rear, there is a 19th-century door with nine panels and an overlight, as well as a 12-pane sash window. The house is included for its group value.
