Description

This is a pill box built in 1940, made of concrete and designed with an elongated hexagonal shape. It has a flat roof and is a single storey structure, partly below ground level. The elongated front features three rifle embrasures and one machine gun embrasure on each chamfered side. The rear has two rifle embrasures and a protected door. This pill box was part of the Coquet Line of defense against a potential German invasion during the Second World War.
