Description
The outbuildings attached to Old Dissington Farmhouse date from around 1840 and are now largely used for residential purposes. They are constructed from coursed squared stone and feature a Welsh slate roof. The buildings are arranged in an L-plan and consist of two storeys.
On the left side, which is attached to the farmhouse, there is a long range that includes a 12-pane window on the left and two segmental arches on the right, which have been filled with 20th-century glazing. The first floor has four 20th-century half-dormers.
To the right, there is a barn that features two segmental arches. The roofs of the buildings are gabled with flat coping.
At the rear of the barn, there is a circular gingang with round piers and a conical roof. The outbuildings are included for their group value with the farmhouse.
