Description

The water tower in the garden of Pine Dene is an early 20th-century structure that is currently being converted into a house. It is built of brick in stretcher bond and features a bituminous tile roof. The tower is designed in the form of a windmill, standing round and comprising five storeys with a strongly tapering profile. It has small, four-pane segmental-headed windows and a wooden balcony at the first-floor level, topped with a domed roof.
