Description

The east gateway to Dissington Hall is an early 19th-century structure featuring gates and screen walls made of ashlar and iron. It has square corniced piers topped with pyramidal caps. The gateway is flanked by short walls that are topped with railings adorned with pagoda finials. The double gates are designed in a similar style, and the screen walls are serpentine with roll-moulded coping.
