Description

The pant opposite No. 6 in Shilbottle village is a small rectangular structure built in 1868 for the Duke of Northumberland. It is constructed from tooled squared stone and features a round-arched recess with the incised date located in the gable above. The roof is made of large overlapping slabs with a roll-moulded ridge. The tap has been replaced.
