Description
This outbuilding, located 10 metres north of Holly Cottage, dates from the mid-19th century. It is constructed of squared stone with ashlar dressings and features a Lakeland slate roof. The building is single storey and has two bays. It includes three-light mullioned windows with hoodmoulds and a hipped roof. On the right side, there are boarded double doors. The outbuilding is a smaller-scale version of Holly Cottage and is included for its group value.
