Description

Meldon Park Farmhouse is a house, probably built in 1809 and later extended in the 19th century. It features an ashlar front with squared stone on the sides and slate roofs. The building is two storeys high with three symmetrical bays. The central entrance has a six-panel door with an overlight that includes radial glazing bars, and the windows are 16-pane sashes that have been renewed. There are stepped stone stacks at the ends, and the sides display open-pedimented gables. A large rear wing has renewed sash windows but is not considered of interest.
