Vicarage to Church of the Holy Sepulchre with Attached Yard Wall and Outbuildings

The Vicarage to the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, along with its attached yard wall and outbuildings, was built around 1897. It features snecked rock-faced stone with cut dressings and a Welsh slate roof, except for the red tiles on the pent bay to the south. The building has an irregular plan and is designed in the Arts and Crafts style.

The west elevation has two storeys and consists of one bay on the left and two bays on the right. The left part projects and includes a ground-floor canted bay. The right part has a taller roof and features a six-panel door set within an entablature surround, which includes a carved pulvinated frieze and a swan-neck pediment. This is positioned behind a low screen wall with flat coping that ramps down to an end pier topped with a ball finial. The right return has one bay on the left and one on the right; the left part projects and has a stack that is corbelled out above the projection, continuing to the right under a pent roof with two cross windows. The right part has a large cross-axial stack on the roof slope and a hipped roof. The windows, which include one-, two-, and three-light designs, are set in moulded surrounds with varied cornices and hoodmoulds, mostly containing sashes with smaller panes in the upper leaf, along with some small-paned casements.

The rear (east) elevation features an attached screen wall on the right with a boarded door and hatches, and a stack with a moulded cornice at the right end. The wall encloses the yard on three sides and has pent outbuildings behind it.

Inside, the interior is largely contemporary. The sitting room boasts a coffered ceiling and a panelled inglenook with fixed seats that have balustrade arm rests. There is a dogleg stair with splat balusters and moulded newels topped with pinnacle finials, as well as contemporary fireplaces and six-panel doors.
