Description
The gazebo, located approximately 150 yards southeast of Bavington Hall, is a garden house dating from the early 18th century. It is constructed of dressed stone and features a three-bay front with an Ionic porch that is distyle in antis, adorned with a pulvinated frieze and cornice. The central bay is topped with a pediment that displays the Shafto coat of arms. At the time of the survey, the roof was partly collapsed.
