Description
Nos. 10-14 on High Street is a former pair of shops, now a shop and houses, dating from the mid-19th century. The building is constructed of ashlar stone and features a Welsh slate roof. It stands two storeys high and has three bays.
The ground floor has a central round archway that contains a boarded door with a fanlight, providing access to a passage leading to the back of the building. On either side of the archway, there are purpose-built shops, each with a half-glazed door that includes an overlight and a large six-pane shop window beneath a continuous hoodmould.
On the first floor, there are three 12-pane sash windows set in raised alternating surrounds. The building has a gabled roof, which features a large corniced end stack and a corniced ridge stack.
